There are 3 parts of a chicken wing: drumettes, wingettes/flats, tips. Many butchers cut and sell different sections of the wings, but we would like you to experience a full chicken wing with all range of flavours from different parts. Roasting or baking in the oven is a simple way to cook them (roast on top of a baking rack for crisper skin), and for extra flavor, chicken wings can be smoked or grilled.
