There are 3 parts of a chicken wing: drumettes, wingettes/flats, tips. Many butchers cut and sell different sections the of the wings, but we would like you to experience a full chicken wing with all range of flavours from different parts. For the best taste experience and to seal the moisture and the flavor, we marinade full chicken wings in mind,herbal seasoning. Roasting or baking in the oven is a simple way to cook them (roast on top of a baking rack for crisper skin), and for extra flavor, chicken wings can be smoked or grilled.
