Fresh, uncooked and unsmoked sausage made from selected cuts of tender pork shoulder minced with pork fat and seasonings filled into edible lamb casing. There are many different ways that this sausage can be cooked including boiling, steaming, roasting, grilling and baking. It can also be used as an ingredient in soups, stews, casseroles, pasta and bean dishes.
